Inside a jug that is big enough to take 1.5 litres of liquid, add the orange juice, the Port Wine and the brown sugar and mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
Cut the apple, the lemon and the orange into thin slices and add to the liquid mixture. Add the cinnamon stick and the mint sprigs and mix well.
Add the lemonade and the Prosecco and mix gently using a wooden spoon.
Place some ice cubes in the individual glasses and pour the sangria over, making sure you tip apple slices into every glass. Wait a few minutes before drinking to ensure all the liquid is ice-cold.
